Suzanne McLaughlin is the Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Custom Computer Specialists. Suzanne is passionate about technology, but more importantly compassionate in her approach, immediately putting clients at ease. She takes the time to understand a client’s challenge and develops plans to align technology to their needs. She is more than a solution provider she is in every sense of the word, a trusted advisor. With more than 30 years of technology consulting and management experience, Suzanne focuses on cyber security, physical security, infrastructure design, networking and collaborative technologies. With the increase in cyberattacks, Suzanne is frequently called upon to assist with recovery efforts. As both a solution provider and remediation expert, she helps clients navigate the complicated, and scary, aftermath of a cyberattack, immediately putting clients at ease with her expertise. Suzanne also heads up Custom’s E-Rate program and has been instrumental in working with school districts and libraries to maximize their E-Rate funding. This funding is then used for technology upgrades that improve student outcomes.
