Kimberley Clements has dedicated the past 18 years to serving the Lowell Public Schools, with 13 years in administrative roles and the past 10 years as the principal of Bailey Elementary. A certified data enthusiast, Kim has played a key role in developing data systems that support district-wide decision-making. Passionate about the power of data, Kim believes that when used effectively, data can drive significant improvements in student outcomes, guiding both instructional practices and resource allocation.
