Tech She Can: Strategies for Women's Success in K-12 Ed Tech Leadership

 Join a panel of inspiring women leaders in educational technology as they share their journeys into ed tech leadership. This scenario based workshop will explore the unique challenges faced by women in K-12 Ed Tech leadership roles, including gender inequality and the impact of male-dominated tech cultures. Areas of discussion will include:

- Identifying and addressing gender bias: Recognizing and challenging unconscious biases, microaggressions that happen in our workplace.
- Building a supportive network: Creating and leveraging professional networks of women in Ed Tech to provide mentorship, support, and a sense of community.
- Developing a personal leadership brand: Strategies for showcasing your expertise, building confidence, and building a strong professional presence.
