As we move forward with the two year experiment of generative AI in education, if one idea has clearly emerged it is that AI literacy is the critical foundation for meaningful use of the technology. The session will demonstrate hands-on activities, an enduring framework and process to help educators develop an improved understanding of generative AI. Session attendees will develop a deeper understanding of text generative AI, a spectrum of use cases, and an increase awareness of ways in which text generative AI is evolving from idea generating to truth generating technology.
