Moving to the Cloud for Telephony

In this session, Directors of Technology from both Norton Public Schools and Narragansett Regional School District will discuss their process of moving away from on-prem PBX's and to the cloud for telephony. They will focus on safety improvements, integration of existing infrastructure, Ray Baum's Act compliance, and the substantial simplification of in telephony management. Additionally, there will be a focus on the improved school safety that was gained as well as accountability and privacy for all school communication.
